On October 23, 2012, Kelsey, Beth and I decided to take our little ones to the Lucky Ladd Farm. We had heard it had the best activities for the kids including a petting zoo, corn pit, pumpkin patch, and corn maze. We had also heard its a busy place, so we decided to try it out on a weekday thinking "surely it wont be too busy..". Oh we couldn't have been more wrong!! When we drove up this Tuesday morning, we were blown away by how many people were in attendance!! There were at least 5 different schools there on field trips! There were kids EVERYWHERE! However, this did not stop us. We loaded up the kids in their strollers and headed out! Beth had her two adorable girls, Adley and Tatum, plus her niece Courtney and I of course had my sweet little boy. Kelsey had the day off of work and I am so glad she was able to join us! We spent the morning playing in the corn pit, sliding down the fun slides, having a picnic and playing on the fun playgrounds! Before heading out, we wanted to find us a pumpkin. After searching for this "pumpkin patch" that was on the map for about 15 mins, we were finally told that with the heavy volume of people they were running low on their pumpkins. We could totally understand this seeing that this place was absolutely packed! Nonetheless, we all had such a great time enjoying each other's company and the gorgeous fall weather! Yay for Andrew's first outing to the "pumpkin patch!" hehe
